18/06/2010 - Come to the Surrey Police Family Day and Dog Trials - 20th June 2010
This Sunday, 20th June, Surrey Police is welcoming the public to its headquarters at Mount Browne, Guildford, for its dog trials and family day.
All are welcome to this free event, where you can find out more about the different jobs involved in operational policing in Surrey, with demonstrations from Surrey Police's firearms team, forensics experts, ANPR team and many more.
You can also see Surrey Police's renowed dog teams put through their paces in a range of challenges as they compete to win the force's coveted Anna of Avondale trophy for best dog and handler.
A whole range of other attractions, from vintage police cars to horse and cart rides, will be available on the day.
