25/03/2010 - Surrey Police Authority represented at major Have Your Say Event

Peter Williams, Chairman of Surrey Police Authority, took part in the Have Your Say Event at Dorking Halls on 25th March.

In front of a packed audience, representatives from a number of the key public services in Surrey fielded questions from the public on a range of important issues.

The full Panel comprised:

- Dr Andrew Povey, Leader, Surrey County Council and Chairman, Surrey Strategic Partnership
- Cllr Jean Pearson, Leader, Mole Valley District Council
- Dr Ruth Milton, Director of Public Health, NHS Surrey
- Peter Williams, Chairman, Surrey Police Authority
- Rosco Paterson, Chairman, Surrey Economic Partnership
- The Revd Canon Chris Rich MSc, Director for Social Responsibility, Diocese of Guildford
- Christine Howard, Chairman, Surrey County Association of Town and Parish Councils

The event was hosted by Mark Carter, presenter of BBC Surrey's Drivetime show.
