In a recent edition of the Epsom Guardian, a local Councillor made critical remarks regarding Surrey Police Authority that we feel are unfair. Our concern is that the Councillor's remarks appear to be based on a misunderstanding of our budget, and SPA Chairman Peter Williams has written to the Editor of the Epsom Guardian to clarify the matter.
