Surrey Police Authority has published its first single Equality Scheme. The scheme builds upon our previous equality schemes for race, disability and gender to take on board issues relating to other areas of diversity and social division not currently covered by the requirement to develop a scheme. It sets out how we will ensure our policies and practices do not cause discrimination and how we will actively promote equality and diversity.
