About the event:
Come and express your opinions on policing priorities in your area and how you would like your council tax contributions to policing to be spent. Meet your local police officers, Police Authority Members and Police partners including the Surrey Safety Camera Partnership, use latest interactive technology to tell us what you think about the police service, use Surrey 'Policing Pounds' to spend on the priorities that matter most to you, find out more about the Police budget at our interactive seminars, take part in a competition to win a ROBOSAPIEN and play your part in holding the police force to account.
The results of the consultation will be used to help the Authority set the Policing Plan and priorities for 2008/09.

Purpose of meeting: Surrey Police Authority and all 17 Members along with the Chief Constable and his team meet in public approximately 7 times a year to make key decisions on areas of police work including: finance and performance. Members of the public are welcome to attend and ask questions in relation to the agenda. All public questions must be submitted to the Authority in writing at least 10 working days prior to the meeting date.
